I really should buy that black one. I had a black E46 wagon before my blue one. I sold the black one at a point where it had no issues whatsoever, it was easy to sell and I got decent money for it. My blue one has been trouble-free. Time to upgrade?

Just saw this, I’d get it if it had AWD, as bad as it seems it’s necessary for where I’m going to college. It is a great deal if it has a clean title, wonder how long until I hits BAT.
